God is so good.... I hope that your house sale goes well...it's going to take time, hopefully the buyer is willing to wait it out with you! I agree with DDFD - take the money and the outstanding loan will work itself out over time. $10,000 is really not a lot of money in the big scheme of things - it could be so much worse. Good luck!
