I remember when Andy (from Money Walks) and I were first thinking about a new carnival to launch. Little did I know it would catch on fire. Kudos to Andy for making it work the first time around, and now Adam (Money Relationship) for getting it restarted.

I’m glad the money stories carnival got resurrected. Apparently Mrs. Pierce was not present at the inauguration and only came to town a bit later. She had a hard time forgiving her husband for their son's death, since he never would have been on that train except for the campaign. I think he'd also promised her not to run, so double betrayal.

I heard about Pierce’s son from a historian I once met while working at a library circulation desk.
