		<description>I wouldn&#039;t agree with going the extra mile. Because it will eat you alive if you get terminated after the fact. Be reliable, dependable, and stretch a little, don&#039;t go for that mile, but maybe a few extra steps, if any.

If you over reach, you might stay employed but then it will become expected of you always, and you may end up hating your job.</description>
