Was this the 1st time they "read" your tax return? You've had 6 kids for a while now. How often do they do these audits? Those workers must have a lot of time on their hands. @ Laurie - there are a lot of forms of discrimination that are legal. This one probably has more to do with immigration than being against large families. There is a county ordinance where I live that "no more than 2 people can live in a 2 bedroom apt". Translation ... a couple w/ONE child (or more) has to get an "ok" from the county to rent an apartment. Didn’t you move from a city in NC (Charlotte) to another town in NC?
