I just signed up for a new credit card and transferred a balance for a 0% APR and paid a 3% up-front fee. Too bad to see those credit card reward programs dropping off. For the disciplined, running recurring expenses through a credit card is a nice way to score a few bonus points without adding too much additional risk.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tisha, great post!
