We've already discussed it. We're going to give it another month or two and if it doesn't sell by then, we'll rent it. I just don't want to deal with the hassle, but the hassle is better than a second mortgage payment! The rental market is pretty good right now too. @justine - I'd rather not disclose the specific town, but it's in Western North Carolina.
