Revised version of My Excel Budget Spreadsheet
By glblguy
As an IT manager, I should have known better, but I didn’t effectively test my spreadsheet before releasing it. See, the problem was I made some last minute changes and assumed they wouldn’t cause any problems. Fortunately few of my readers quickly made me aware of the problems.
I’ve fixed the issues reported thus far, which in my opinion where pretty major. I also added a new tab to track the changes/fixes I’ve made so you’ll know exactly what I fixed.
Thanks for all of the great feedback and the quick info on the issues. Please don’t hesitate to make me aware of anything else you may find or any suggestions you have for improving it. Just drop me a line!

Great spreadsheet. It’s so refreshing to see that I’m not the onle one who uses Excel for keeping track of finances. Some people have opted for speicfic personal finance software, but why? It costs extra money and the whole put is to reduce spending not increase it. You’ve spent a lot of time on this thanks again for a great end product
