Just a quick post to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving. I won’t be posting an article today as I’ll be spending time with my family and eating way too much. I sincerely hope you have a wonderful and blessed day. I would encourage you to spend some time with your families sharing the things you are thankful for in your life. Oh, and keep a few Pepcid ACs handy
Here are a few Bible verses for Thanksgiving:
Psalm 107:1 – “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.”
Psalm 95:1-6 – “O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods. In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.”Philippians 4:6 – “…do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
Psalm 9:1 – “I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. “
